The Prairie Dog Coalition (PDC) is an alliance of nonprofit organizations, scientists, and concerned citizens dedicated to the protection of imperiled prairie dogs and the restoration of their habitats. Prairie dogs are the keystone species of our short-grass prairies, one of the most endangered ecosystems in the world. Efforts to protect them thereby benefit more than 100 other species that rely on their role in the ecosystem. Contributions given through this webpage will go directly to PDC to help keep this collaboration going. Defenders of Wildlife is providing this service as a PDC participant and fiscal sponsor.
